I started this adventure out of boredom during the pandemic. While going through various recipes with my new air fryer, I discovered a recipe for beef jerky. I hated most of the options that I found in stores. They were sub-par at best. After more than a few tweaks and a lot of taste testing, I had the recipes I wanted to use. I then asked friends, family, neighbors, co-workers, and even my local bartenders (here's to you, Alex & Syd) for their opinions. When a few of these brave souls wanted to buy some, I knew I was on to something. A few years later, I said what the hell, let's give this a shot. So, A*Dam Fine Jerky was born.
Most of my recipes are infused with beer, wine, or spirits. With my extensive knowledge of the liquor business, I thought I could use that and turn it into some deliciousness, and I hope you agree that I have done just that.
As you would imagine I take a lot of pride in my product, which is why I put in a lot of care and time to make it perfect. To make sure that this jerky is of the highest quality, I cut it by hand, marinate it for 24-48 hours, and then dehydrate it for 4-6 hours. I inspect every piece to ensure that it meets my strict standards, and then I hand-label, fill, and seal each bag. I hope that you appreciate and enjoy the effort and attention to detail that goes into making each one.
